Operating principles
Simple to set-up and operate:
Compact, briefcase-sized unit is designed for mobile decontamination. Superior hydrogen peroxide vapour generation than any other comparable device. Just specify desired H2O2 concentration and duration, and the unit takes care of the rest.
One liter of H2O2 liquid goes a long way:
80% efficiency* using 35-50% H2O2 solution, resulting in 335 minutes of operation at full power. Accurate and repeatable decontamination conditions for > 6-log microbial reduction. Risk of hydrogen peroxide condensation accumulating on surfaces is minimized.
New standard setting technology:
State of art sensors for real time monitoring of H2O2 concentration and condensation point; real time adjustment of H2O2 vapor output, heating and air-drying to maintain desired decontamination parameters.
Reliable and consistent results:
Vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VH2O2) provides excellent penetration into hard to reach locations. Sporicidal efficiency of H2O2 vapour is activated already at 100-700 ppm concentrations. Additional fans are used for optimal air circulation to secure H2O2 vapour distribution.
Intuitive user experience:
Sophisticated Cleamix control software enables hydrogen peroxide and water vapor levels to be maintained below saturation point. User Interface by touch screen on the Master Unit and computer/tablet/phone via cable or WiFi. Automatic process control based on real time sensor data and program parameters (temperature, RH, RS, concentration in ppm).

VCS-100-CR Mobile Master Unit
Cleamix VCS-100Cr is a portable decontamination master unit designed for demanding hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination processes capable of mastering numerous additional units (ExtU, Cat, dryer and fan). Additional extension units enables decontamination in large volume spaces. VCS-100Cr master unit is capable of mastering up to 50 extension units.
VCS-100Cr uses up to 50% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution for generating hydrogen peroxide vapour capable of destroying even the most resistant microorganisms, like bacterial spores at room temperatures and low concentrations. Hydrogen peroxide vapour has good material compatibility and it is residue free decomposing into water and oxygen only.

VCS-100ExtU Mobile Extension Unit
Cleamix VSC-100ExtU is a portable decontamination extension unit for VCS-100Cr master unit. Up to 50 VCS-100ExtU decontamination units can be connected together with VCS-100Cr master unit for decontamination of large volume spaces. Cleamix VSC-100ExtU uses up to 50% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution for generating hydrogen peroxide vapour capable of destroying even the most resistant microorganisms, like bacterial spores at room temperatures and low concentrations.

VCS-20 is a perfect solution for decontamination of small enclosed spaces, for example microbiological safety cabinets.

VCS-C1000Cr, Catalytic Converter
Separate high-capacity VCS-C1000Cr Catalytic Converter can be used for catalyze the hydrogen peroxide vapour from the treatment area. Catalytic Converter is an air circulating fan, which is included with HEPA-filter and potassium permanganate filter that makes chemical reaction with hydrogen peroxide vapour where the vapour decomposes into water and oxygen. VCS-C1000Cr Catalytic Converter is compatible with VCS-100Cr decontamination unit.
