The information we collect includes:
- Account Information: When you create a user account, we store your full name and email address. You can edit some of your user account information through your account. If a user account has been created in your name without your permission, or if a user account mimics your account, you can request that it be deleted.
- Public content: The information published on the Extranet site is only intended for communication with Cleamix Oy. Cleamix Oy may use all the information you add to the service. You may be able to block access to certain location information through device or browser settings, for example, by disabling “location services” in your device’s privacy settings.
2. COOKIES
Cleamix Oy and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, tags, text, locally stored objects such as HTML5 and Flash (so-called “flash cookies”), ad tags (including mobile phone tags such as Apple IDFA or Google ad tag) and similar technology (“Cookies”) when you use the Service, third-party sites and mobile applications. Cookies are tags that, among other items, may also be stored on a user’s computer or mobile device, in emails sent to the user, or on our website. Cookies can provide information about the user and the use of the website, such as the type of browser used, search settings, IP address, information about the ads displayed to the user and the advertising links clicked by the user, and when the website is used. Cookies may be persistent or session-specific. Cookie management: It is possible to block some (but not all) cookies from your device or browser settings, but this may interfere with the functionality of the service. How you block cookies may vary by device and browser, but is usually found in your configuration or security settings. For example, iOS and Android devices have settings designed to limit how ads are tracked. Please note that changing any of the above settings will not prevent all ads from showing.
3. THIRD PARTIES
Third parties may obtain information about you in the following ways:
a. Advertisers: We may allow third parties to use cookies on websites that collect the same type of information as Cleamix Oy itself and are used for the same purposes. Third parties may combine the information they collect with other user information that they have collected from other sources. It should be noted that blocking cookies does not prevent your ads from showing. We also do not share non-personally identifiable user information, such as location, ad tags, or commonly used account cryptographic code (e.g., email address), with third parties to facilitate the display of destination ads. It may be possible to restrict the sharing of some such information through mobile settings, as mentioned in section 2 above.
b. Service Providers: We may use third party suppliers to provide or support some of our services, such as booking services and deliveries. In such cases, it must be borne in mind that the information you provide will be provided to a third party.
c. Aggregated Information: We may share aggregated user information with third parties, such as advertisers or content distributors. For example, we may reveal the total number of users to whom an ad has been shown or who has clicked on an ad link.
